It’s finally June, summer temps are on the forecast and we’re so excited to announce that sunrise yoga on the boardwalk is back this week!

Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6am, join us on the boardwalk directly behind the studio for a dynamic flow that helps you greet the day with energy and intention.

You’ll breathe in fresh air, move your body to the sounds of the outdoors, and enjoy a warm savasana under the rising sun. The early wake up will be worth it as step into your day with a renewed sense of vitality and focus.

**Class will take place outdoors as long as it is 60° or above. If it is below 60°, class will be moved inside. Please open The Yoga Tree app and be sure to switch on SMS notifications to get notified when class is moved inside (don’t worry - you won’t get any marketing texts, just ones to let you know about class!)

TOMORROW kicks off the TONE Summer Music Series with .12 🎵🎤 Each class features a themed playlist that will amp up the vibes as you strengthen and sweat. You’ll see the themed classes already on our schedule, so mark your calendars!

New to Tone? This 45-minute beat-based workout fuses vinyasa flow and yoga postures with low-intensity, high-impact moves to get your heart pumping, sweat flowing, and body toned.

You’ll work hard, move with rhythm (it’ll be hard not to dance to these playlists!) and finish strong before winding down into a well-deserved stretch and savasana. It’s the perfect mix of cardio, strength, and mindfulness to leave you feeling energized, focused, and ready to tackle your weekend 💪
