This workshop blends gentle, intuitive mobility work with deep-tissue cork ball self-massage to help you move better, feel lighter, and take care of the joints and muscles that carry you through the season.

Andy has been a part of our community for nearly five years, first beginning as a student and friend before completing our 200-hr YTT this year. As a recent graduate, he is already having such a positive impact on our studio and community.

Still reminiscing about our incredible 15th anniversary weekend ✨

We celebrated with creative classes led by our amazing teachers, goodies from our wonderful neighbors, and most importantly, our community.

Thank you so much to for capturing so many beautiful moments throughout the studio. Jess came to us in 2022 with interest in renting the space for a personal project. Since then she has become a regular yogi bringing her light and smile into so many of our weekly classes. We are SO grateful for her presence, friendship and her amazing talents!
