Tonight I have made an executive decision: I will no longer offer promotions and specials during community events. I keep trying to bring people to the shop during things like River Ruckus, the Holiday Stroll, and other community offerings, because I want these events to extend down towards my area of River Street.
Because I want people to see how magical my space is and share the beauty and joy with them. But each time I offer specials and promotions, I don't get the influx of customers that I anticipate.

And I have learned it is perfectly okay. Because my shop isn't built on promotions, specials, or sales. I offer my goods and services at the prices I do because the people who need me find me when they are ready.

I am not your average small business. I am a healing center, a beacon, a lighthouse that shines brightest when I stop caring about the "business" aspect of things and focus on why I do this in the first place, to help people heal, grow, and become the best versions of themselves...whether that is with a crystal, a product to bring someone else joy, a reading that offers insight, or energy clearing.

Today, I had ONE customer all day. ONE. (not including my friend Nicole and her kids--I love you guys!) And that's okay because that woman who showed up found me today because she needed crystals and some chakra balancing. I made some money. Was it enough? Maybe, maybe not. But it was energy that flowed back to me today after two weeks of almost completely empty shop days.

And that’s okay. Because the energy that flows here isn’t measured by how many people show up, it’s measured by the right people finding exactly what they need, when they need it, and THAT is what matters the most to me.

✨A Note About Sales at Bohemian Cove✨

This weekend is full of big sales and huge savings everywhere, and I know it pressures people to spend their hard-earned money on giant gifts or items that perhaps aren't the most heartfelt.

But here at Bohemian Cove, I don't run sales like that. I'm a sole owner, and everything in the shop is priced with intention. Each item I choose to sell is meaningful to me or to someone I support, with the purpose of bringing a bit of joy, happiness, healing, growth, and love into your lives.

Sometimes prices shift a little because of outside costs, but I always aim to keep them reasonable, never exploitative. My goal is to make tools, crystals, resources available for everyone's healing journey, while keeping the space grounded, safe, and full of love. Shopping here isn't about catching a deal. It's about investing in your energy, your growth, and a small business that truly cares.

Hello, and welcome to Bohemian Cove! Here you will find unique, one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry, bookmarks, and other trinkets made from semi-precious stones and beads at a reasonable and affordable price. I also make magical items such as spell kits, pendulums, witch balls, wands, and smudge sticks (When in season).

I am starting to book tarot readings at your home for individuals, groups and parties, if you are within an hour from Albany, NY or on posted weekends-weeks in the Northeastern MA region. I am also available for house smudging and cleansing. Prices vary depending on location and type of reading so please private message me with your date/time/location/type of reading/smudging, and I will let you know the cost. Thanks!
