Our second breathing Exercise done at the end of class!!
Kapalabhati is a rapid pranayama technique that uses the abdominal muscles. It is known for its energizing and cleansing effects while improving focus, boosting metabolism and detoxifying the body.💪🏻

We have 2 breathing exercises in our traditional 90-minute yoga class. The first one is called Pranayama breathing. Not only is it great for your lungs but it also reduces stress and boosts focus… a great way to begin class!!
