We not only treat the child, but we take a holistic approach to their functioning at home, in school, during leisure activities, and socially with peers. The NR Human Rights Group, Special Education Advisory Council, and the Commission on Disabilities announce our 2nd Joint Book Club Event!

We will be discussing: Sincerely, Your Autistic Child - What People on the Autism Spectrum Wish Their Parents Knew About Growing Up, Acceptance, and Identity

Our discussion will be held at the Flint Memorial Library on June 10th in the Activity Room from 7-8:30 pm.

All are welcome to join - we love having new voices join the conversation and learn so much from each other.
