We've been celebrating National CNA Appreciation Week at Bethany Communities! Today with a visit from the ice cream truck to let each of our Resident Care team members know how much we appreciate them. It's because of this team that so many of our senior residents are able to age at home within a supportive community. Thank you for all you do!

Recently our team gathered for the Bethany Communities Annual Meeting and Dinner to celebrate the hard work of every team member, acknowledge service milestones and applaud this year’s winner of the Norman Crook Award for outstanding service performance. We have a wonderful team of individuals who come to work every day in support of the Bethany mission and exemplify our core values of Compassion, Dignity, Excellence, Community and Stewardship in everything they do. A huge thank you to the local businesses and community partners who supported our 2nd Annual Golf Outing through their generous donation of raffle prizes! Bethany Communities was excited to celebrate with the students who participated in the BYCARE program during the 2024/2025 school year. The students received recognition for their achievements in completing BYCARE (Bethany Youth Career Advancement and Readiness for Employment) which is a partnership between Bethany Community Services, Inc. and the Gateway Academy in Haverhill, funded with support from the City of Haverhill's Youth Activity and Mental Health grant awarded in 2024.
A total of 13 Gateway Academy students received paid training and hands on work experience in the areas of Wellness and Dining Services and several who completed the program have been offered part-time jobs with Bethany Communities.
Congratulations to all of the students and we wish them a great summer!

It was very windy on the course, but the players who joined us for the 2nd Annual Golf Outing yesterday enjoyed a great day at Atkinson Resort & Country Club!
