About Mark Kassis, RYT 200, OTR/L

Mark has been a registered Occupational Therapist for the past 29 years, specializing in school based therapy. As a result of his experience, the merging of yoga and OT was inevitable. Blending these feels so natural. He began practicing yoga 35 years ago and regardless of life's distractions, has always stumbled upon a path that brought him back to it. He was thrilled to become a registered yoga teacher in June of 2015. Benefits Of Yoga
