There was nothing “wrong” with her.

She was functioning.
Holding it together.
Doing all the right things.

But underneath… her body never felt safe.

She lived in constant tension — overthinking, people-pleasing, pushing through exhaustion — and no amount of mindset work or talking about it seemed to stick.

What stood out to me wasn’t what she said.

It was how her body responded.

Her system had learned a long time ago, that being relaxed wasn’t safe.
That rest meant danger.
That slowing down meant losing control.

So of course she kept looping the same patterns.
Her nervous system was just doing its job.

Through our work together, we didn’t force insight.
We didn’t rehash stories.
We followed what her unconscious and body were actually ready to resolve.

And when the root shifted, everything else did too.

She told me:
“I feel calm… but not shut down. It’s like my body finally trusts me.”

She started responding instead of reacting.
Sleeping better.
Setting boundaries without guilt.
Feeling present in her life instead of bracing against it.

This is what happens when you stop trying to manage symptoms
and start resolving what created them.

I have 2 client finishing up their program in the next two weeks!! Watching their transformation has been so rewarding for me also. I learn something from each and every soul I work with. I am always honored to guide anyone through a transformation.

One client went from living in a survival response 90 percent of the time to finding moments of peace. These little “pockets” she carves out during the day to breath and go to her safe space for grounding. She is so impressed that she is seeing changes. She is noticing she is less reactive in key relationships in her life. She is feeling happy and so proud of herself and it’s overflowing into all other areas of her life. What a blessing!!!

The second client is as struggling with addiction and as struggling to put down her ways of coping. Understandable because she is in pain. Or she was. Her scores on all of her psychosocial categories has gone up 3 to 5 points in 10 weeks! She without even trying, has begun to stop reaching for her vice, just because she doesn’t feel like it anymore. This is the gift of this type of healing! As her vibration raised overall it has brought her to a place where she no longer feels. She needs anything else to be happy. Urges still pop up, but with her mindfulness skills, she is doing absolutely incredible and we could both not be happier with the results!
