Four years exactly after my first , I went to the women’s health center again and had «normal» results for the first time.

The relief reading that message made me realize the tension I carried, the unknown always threatening, the fear of what could be growing in my breast.

The way I processed my breast health journey was through diving into the mythopoetic and writing. You can read it on my blog: The Indigo Series.

Everyday there’s something beautiful in 🤩

On the first evening of , people love the food and I hear “it is so fresh”, “it’s so delicious”, “it looks as good as it tastes”.

By the third day, everyone understands that this is how we will eat everyday for the whole week: for lunch, for dinner, in small restaurants, in fancy ones, and at picnic.

The food in every place I choose for this retreat is ALWAYS local, fresh, and homemade. It is a delight to support and love the wonderful independent businesses of - and to receive their love and nourishment in return!

Every day of is a travel through time. The stories are whispered in the stones and one can feel them while walking in the streets.

Beauty is everywhere, and the mineral quality of this city is extraordinary.

Magic France 2024 has officially started!

Some really nice houses in a quiet street, on our way to the studio this morning. The sweetest lady came to us, speaking English and asking us where we were from. She is a retired English teacher, lives in that street, and came right away when she heard us. We chatted for a while, what a lovely start of the day!
Her name is Brigitte - merci Brigitte!

Back on the socials for a bit, as I am about to leave for France in two days and want to share pictures!

My retreat, Magic France, is next week, and I can’t wait to share the beauty and magic of my hometown with a lovely group of women coming from the US and Australia!

Also in the works is a gentle return to in-person workshops, which feels so good 🤩
The first one is on Wednesday, July 24th. It will be an introductory evening to personal exploration through body awareness and group discussion. Join me at , a new and beauty-full space for women to gather and grow, in , PA. All info is on my website.

We can feel a sense of peace and groundedness the moment we arrive and walk the streets of my hometown.

The river circling the city connects to the river of life that runs in each of us. The stones of the buildings, the paved streets, the fortifications, the Roman columns and the fountains tell stories. Their wisdom is like an ancient agreement resonating in our bones.

There, we reconnect deeply with ourselves and experience slow and nourishing living.

Bring your bestie and spend a week of ultimate self-care, creative presence, and slow living in my hometown in France.

I only take small groups, outside of the touristic season, which allows us to have authentic experiences and in-depth personal exploration.

You will eat delicious fresh food and walk around every day, spend time in a private studio for writing, reflecting and slow-moving, have a matinée at the SPA, and visit historic sites.
You will also have plenty of free/rest time during which you can sit in the park near the river, shop cute boutiques or have a croissant at the coffee shop 😊
