Our services include Post-Acute Care, Long-Term Care, as well as Hospice and Respite services. Westgate Hills is a 110-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility. Nestled in the heart of Delaware County the facility is conveniently located near Rt. 3 and Rt. 476. Westgate Hills proudly offers Resident Centered Care as part of its Rapid Recovery Program. This program focuses on providing Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies in coordination with our skilled nursing care with the goal of returning patients to their highest level of independence. A variety of dining options, recreational activities and comfortable lounge areas including an enclosed courtyard are available to make your stay as comfortable and home-like as possible.
