💙💚 A Space to Recharge, Reflect, and Renew at Haviland Care Center

Taking care of others starts with taking care of ourselves—and thanks to the generous support of our Administrator, Karel, our team at Haviland Care Center now has a dedicated staffing recharge room designed to support emotional wellness, encourage healthy recovery habits, and help prevent burnout during the workday.

This calming space gives our caregivers a moment to pause, breathe, and reset so they can continue showing up with the compassion and excellence our residents deserve.

Before heading back to school, Luis went above and beyond—working 68 hours this week and even picking up extra shifts for two teammates. That kind of dedication and heart for others truly reflects our CARES values in action.

Heaven gained a beautiful soul yesterday. Our long standing faithful employee of 39 years, Kristy Clark passed away suddenly.
