Plain chocolate melts off of the teeth as opposed to other chocolate sweets that have other ingredients added such as caramel that gets stuck on the teeth and can cause cavities. Anything is best in moderation, and plain chocolate can be a good choice for your teeth compared to other candy options. 🦷✨
