We didn’t take any pictures of our CommuniTea gathering last night because we were so deep in convo with each other ✨
We reviewed a book on the synergies (whole is greater than sum) of natural medicine, we discussed trials/ victories regarding our private lives a bit, all while enjoying a lymphatic support tea blend with raw & local honey🫖☕️
It is so nice to step out of the racket even for a moment😌
Sit, sip & commune with like-minded individuals🕊️

There we will discuss common issues/ topics in our (herbalism, traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and Ayurveda) scopes of practice ✨ while sipping a nice blend🫖

🧘‍♀️ Community Yoga – gentle beginner yoga with Himalayan singing bowls in our herb garden starting in May
🌸 Spring Equinox Gathering – THIS MONTH! March 22 (tickets at www.shelbygrace.coach)
🌕 Full Moon Circles – beginning in April
🌼 May Day Celebration – May 1 | 4–8pm
