Beachbee Yoga, Dance & SUP We offer a variety of yoga classes for all ages and levels. Also, offering meditation, pilates/barre She has been teaching and dancing for over 20 years.

Christina Bollino is a 500 hr ERYT, ballroom dance instructor, NSPA certified personal trainer and health coach. Christina has her Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Her goal is to help everyone achieve optimal health and wellness of mind, body, and spirit. She believes yoga is one of the best ways to do this, along with dance or any physical activity and proper nutrition. Schedules and information available at www.beachbeeyoga.com

Monday Mantra & Motivation 🙌🏼 I have been so incredibly blessed to be a part of the Havre de Grace community for the past 10 years. We really do have the best teachers and students and kindhearted souls and I am so grateful. Most of you know that my dream is to take Beach Bee to the beach and that is what I am working on. While I have lots of new beginnings and transitions in my life right now, my main goal is to see our Hdg community continue and I am grateful that it will under Willow Grace Yoga. I will still be teaching, some in Hdg while I am in the area, some online, still holding yoga teacher trainings, and eventually at the beach too. Thank you all for your support over the years! I am excited for this new chapter for our community.
