As I am sure most of you know at this time, I am with saddened heart to announce that Oakhill Assistd Living will be closing its doors. We have announced to the tenants, staff, families, and the state entities that we are serving our 90 day notice of closure. With this I want to ensure all that our tenants will still be completely loved and cared for during this time of transition. As our tenants find new places to call home in the next 90 days I am assuring them that change can be good, and even though it wont be the same it will be ok. We love our tenants as family and this is breaking all of our hearts, but again, it will be ok it will just be different. Families please remember we are having a tenant, family, and staff meeting along with a representative from the state and our ombudsman’s at 1:00 on Friday if you would like to attend. This is an open discussion on how closing operations will run and for us, state representative, and Ombundsman’s to answer any questions. Hope to see you there.
