Pretty incredible! She has watched many generations pass.

A female Greenland shark was found to be around 400 years old. She’s been swimming through the cold ocean depths since the 1600s, long before cars, phones, electricity, or even the idea of modern life existed. While empires rose and fell, wars came and went, and technology reshaped the world above, she just kept gliding through the silence of the deep. Four centuries later, she’s still here. Still moving. Still surviving.

Kona Pilates people!!
I’ll be teaching group reformer classes in Kona for the next two weeks, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, 3:00 and 4:00, Wednesday this week at 5:00.
It’s happening at the Pilates studio, top of Pottery Terrace.
There are Morning classes, too - taught by Kelley Landers, one of the very few people in Kona who teaches very similar to me, same training!

I'm loving the vibe at Island Flow in Kona, where I'm teaching Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.

Yesterday we powered through, despite the constant Tsunami alarms outsides, then on phones and speakers!!

Come to a challenging and uplifting Pilates and more - group classes,all levels. Classes with me and other wonderful instructors, all day long - morning and afternoon classes.
