Attn: It is with great joy and sadness we announce after 25 years of serving this community that Effective 12/31/2022 Dr.Bogard will be retiring and no longer seeing patients. Any former or current patients wishing to obtain thier files should do so before 12/19/2022.

Thanksgiving hours....... we will close early Wednesday November 24th at lunch and will be closed all day Thursday November 25th and all day Friday November 26th.
