We provide Family Practice, Pediatrics, and Gynecology services at CareConnect Convenient Care in Hawkinsville. Offering care for children and adolescents: well-child visits, immunizations, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to care based on a child’s medical and personal needs. Through Women’s Health Care Services we provide full spectrum of gynecological care for all ages, in addition to age appropriate preventive services. Services are available without an appointment, when you need it most. Offering for all ages: annual exams, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to advanced care that meets your medical and personal needs. We offer programs and services focusing on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles.
