Job Title: Field Operations & Sales Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Field Operations & Sales Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and hands-on involvement in sales, field supervision, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in the field as well as in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Distribute flyers door-to-door, track visited locations, and submit daily reports.
* Collect and manage leads by accurately entering them into the CRM system.
* Meet with clients and leads, build relationships, record videos, send estimates, follow up on sales, and manage appointment calendars assigned by the inside sales team or generated independently.
* Ensure all kits are ready, organized, and clean; manage cleaning supply storage and pick up or drop off kits as needed.
* Pick up and drop off cleaners when required.
* Conduct meetings with existing clients for supervision and quality control.
* Supervise on-site projects to ensure standards and timelines are met.
* Handle administrative errands such as dropping off mail and picking up checks or cash.
* Monitor employee timekeeping to ensure proper clock-in and clock-out, and make adjustments when necessary.
* Translate between clients and cleaners to ensure clear communication.
* Recruit and interview cleaners, prepare 1099 documents, manage DocuSign processes, and securely save all documentation in OneDrive.
* Provide customer service support through Quo and WhatsApp groups.
* Handle laundry related to company operations.
* Prepare payroll for employees, referral partners, and vendors, ensuring it is ready by Thursday each week.
* Effectively use Microsoft platforms and CRM systems for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
Requirements:
* Must speak near-perfect English and Spanish (written and verbal).
* Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
* Must have a valid Social Security number.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and CRM systems.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work in person and perform field-based tasks.
