The collaboration is here! Yoga AND Breathwork sessions! Locally! With Reba Gray teaching and Cheryl Thompson supporting

All classes 1 hour

Biweekly April 30th - June 11th.

Dates: 4/30, 5/14, 5/28, and 6/11.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: 4:30pm

Breathwork: 5:45pm

Gentle Yoga: 7pm

$10 per class. At a private home near Autumn Winds Park in Fernley, DM me for address or with any questions. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or we have extras. All props provided.

So had She

“I have always sought out Brandy when anxiety spikes and I am not sleeping. Getting to move through that effectively feels life saving.”

This the part people don’t say out loud.

You’ve done the meditations.
You’ve done the mindset work.
You’ve tried to “calm down.”
You’ve tried to think your way out of it.

And yet,
your body is still wired.
The endless loop of running commentary is playing in your mind.
You’re still laying there at 2am, exhausted but wide awake.

That’s not a you problem. That’s a method problem.

Because anxiety doesn’t live in your thoughts.
It lives in your body.

You’re trying to do it all on your own and you keep butting up against invisible walls.

I know you’re strong and brave and independent and you don’t want to ask for help.

Maybe you don’t know how to ask for help. I get that. You have been tough and hyper independent all your life so this feels scary and vulnerable and even a little weak.

But you know what, it’s actually really brave to ask for help. To admit that you don’t know all the things about all the things.

The session I had with Brandy was so incredibly powerful and it blew my mind 🤯

I was suffering for weeks with right hip pain and I tried to figure out why and I did energy shadow work to release whatever it was and nothing, but then did Brandy’s breathwork session and then no hip pain 🔥🔥
I’m honestly walking pain free!

We didn’t go in for pain relief, we went in for anger release. The body holds onto old emotions in a way that creates tension in the body.

When we go in and feel those old feelings, we get to release them from the body.
