Pioneer Manor Employee of the Month of May 2026
Congratulations to our May 2026 Employee of the Month, Angela Taylor!
Angela has been a valued member of the Pioneer Manor team since April 2022. During her time with us, she has worked in Support Services, but her dedication extends far beyond her primary role. Angela is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed, whether assisting with building maintenance, covering shifts in laundry, or supporting other departments throughout the facility.
Recently, Angela reinstated her CNA license so she could contribute even more to resident care. Even before doing so, she was frequently seen assisting nursing staff by pushing wheelchairs during resident walks, taking out trash, helping residents with their immediate needs, and assisting with transports. Her willingness to step up and help wherever needed truly sets her apart.
Angela is known for going above and beyond. She often comes in during the evenings to help complete laundry, wash additional loads, or even tackle unexpected situations like overflowing toilets. She readily switches shifts, covers for teammates during emergencies, and never hesitates to take on extra responsibilities.
Her coworkers describe her as someone who simply sees what needs to be done and gets it done. She is friendly, caring, and brings laughter and positivity wherever she goes. Angela is an incredible asset to our facility, with knowledge and skills that benefit every department. She is always ready to assist residents and coworkers alike, no matter how big or small the task.
Angela rarely misses a shift, frequently volunteers for extra hours, and is always punctual. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every task is completed thoroughly and with care.
We are truly fortunate to have Angela as part of the Pioneer Manor family. Thank you, Angela, for your hard work, compassion, and unwavering dedication to our residents, your teammates, and our entire facility.

Shaily consistently goes above and beyond in her role, always willing to pick up extra shifts and lend a helping hand wherever needed. Her kindness and gentle approach to resident care truly set her apart. She engages with residents in a positive and meaningful way, creating connections that brighten their days and enhance their quality of life.
Shaily’s outgoing and friendly personality makes her a joy to work with for both residents and staff. Her positivity is contagious and helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the facility—one that residents and team members alike genuinely enjoy being part of.
Dependable and dedicated, Shaily is always on time for her shifts and consistently completes her duties with efficiency and care. She regularly steps in to assist the cooks and takes initiative to complete tasks that aren’t even assigned to her, demonstrating an exceptional work ethic and team-first mindset.
In addition, Shaily plays an important role in training new team members. She ensures they feel confident, prepared, and fully understand their responsibilities and expectations, helping to strengthen our entire team.
Shaily’s initiative, compassion, and positive spirit make her an invaluable part of Pioneer Manor. We are incredibly grateful to have her on our team.
