Got cramps? At the top, you can see a healthy nerve. Mag Phos cell salt has an affinity for the red and white parts of the covering of the nerve. Throw 4 pellets or one tablet (depends on who is the maker) in hot water, swirl and consume up to 8 x day for relief for cramps, spasms, menstrual cramps, muscle tension. Can repeat every 15 minutes if needed. Space out doses with improvement.

Case: Baby with acrid tears, that leave the skin red (in picture) and blobby yellow discharge in the eye lashes. There are two remedies that come to mind. Euphrasia for tears that burn the skin (Allium cepa covers nasal discharge that excoriates the nose and upper lip) and Pulsatilla for the soft blobby discharge smearing around in the eyelashes. At first, we started off with Pulsatilla as only discharge was presenting. The next day, there was also redness at the corner of the skin of the eye (Euphrasia). Pulsatilla and Euphrasia were alternatively given, in water, twice a day, for a couple of days and the case was resolved. Eye was cleaned with a clean, warm wet wash cloth as needed.
