Inland Pelvic Health is a specialized therapy clinic that offers pelvic physical and occupational therapy. There are 6 pelvic therapists and 3 front office/admin staff. We provide personalized and holistic pelvic therapy, helping to find symptom relief, build confidence, and feel empowered in pelvic wellness through every stage of life.

Summary
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at Inland Pelvic Health. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks essential to our clinic's operations.

Responsibilities
-Greet patients and manage the check-in process efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar for optimal patient flow.
-Verify insurance information and assist patients with any inquiries related to their coverage.
-Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
-Assist with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Requirements
-Proven experience in medical scheduling or as a receptionist in a healthcare setting.
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care.
-Familiarity with insurance verification processes is helpful, but trainable.
