Many of you may remember Haley, one of the first women to join me at Inland Pelvic Health as our receptinist and then insurance coordinator. She’s always been someone who pours her heart into helping others — now she’s the one who needs our help.

Haley recently suffered an unimaginable loss with the passing of her husband, Caleb. She is now navigating this heartbreaking time while caring for their two little ones, James and Claire.

If you’re able, please consider donating or sharing to help ease the financial burden as Haley and her family move forward. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.

🙏 Here’s the link to support Haley Law and her family:

Last but not least, meet the owner: Dr. Laura Steininger, DPT, CAPP-OB, Cert-DN
Founder of Inland Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy | Hayden, ID

Say hello to the heart behind Inland Pelvic Health – Dr. Laura Steininger! Originally from Duluth, MN, Laura’s journey as a physical therapist has taken her around the world and ultimately led her to the scenic beauty of North Idaho, where she planted the roots of her pelvic health empire.

With a doctorate from The College of St. Scholastica and certifications in obstetrics (CAPP-OB) and dry needling (Cert-DN), Laura is a powerhouse in pelvic rehabilitation. Her passion was born from personal experience during pregnancy and postpartum when she realized how underserved women are when it comes to pelvic care. That moment sparked a deep commitment to pelvic health for both women and men.

Through years of advanced training and hands-on experience in areas like endometriosis, menopause, prostatectomy recovery, and visceral manipulation, Laura now leads a passionate team, mentoring and training them to provide exceptional, evidence-based care.

She’s not just making waves in the clinic – Laura has been honored as a Top 30 Under 40 by Kootenai County Young Professionals, 40 Under 40 by CDA Business Journal, featured in Wellness Magazine, and awarded Top Doctor of Physical Therapy by Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. 🙌

We're so proud to have such an inspiring leader guiding our mission to deliver compassionate, expert pelvic care.

Meet McKenna Young, DPT

McKenna's journey in healthcare started at Boise State University, where she earned her degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Biomechanics.

She then attended the University of New England in Portland, Maine, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. It was there that she discovered her passion for pelvic health—thanks to a professor who sparked her interest in this incredibly important and often overlooked area of care.

Since then, McKenna has worked with a wide variety of patients, helping them overcome pelvic health dysfunctions and reclaim their quality of life. She lives by the motto:
“Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s normal.”

As both a strategic coach and cheerleader, McKenna empowers her patients to reach their goals and feel confident in their care journey.
