After 5 years helping people bust through thier limiting beliefs, the #2 thing that comes up (sorry, worthiness is still coming in at #1...):
PERMISSION TO FEEL
There is a deep shame for feeling. We all we taught to hate it, hide it, and escape from it as much as possible.
I know.
I hated hearing this too.
But then I learned that I wasn't- in fact- as connected to my emotions as I thought I was...
And now I'm just letting you know. The work isn't just the feeling. It is finding the blocks between you and the feeling and removing them so you can finally do the thing.
