π Day 9 of our 12 Days of Stretching! Curling up with a good book by the fire is pure holiday bliss... until your neck starts to ache! Our Fireplace Reader's Neck Stretch is perfect for releasing that tension.
Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder, and feel the stretch down the opposite side of your neck. For a deeper stretch, use your hand to apply gentle pressure. Hold for 20-30 seconds per side. Relax and enjoy your read, pain-free! π₯
