Harmony House Assisted Living Harmony House Assisted Living is comprised of five facilities that provide 24 hour care and supervision to adults with mental health difficulties.

Harmony House Assisted Living has been providing a home and quality care for individuals with mental health issues since 2000. Our staff is caring, professional, and trained in Medication Assistance, CPR, First Aid, as well as specialized mental health training. Harmony House accepts residents of all ages that are interested in developing life-skills before living on their own or on a long-term basis. Our goal is to provide the structure to allow our residents the ability to lead a healthy, happy life.

March’s Spotlight is on our EXTRAORDINARY supervisors and their AMAZING assistants!
Barb Sullivan is our House 1A and 1B Supervisor, as well as the Lacey Campus Administrator. She has been at Harmony House for 15 “enjoyable” years! Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because it’s a special time to gather with family and friends. She loves playing in the yard with her dogs, Franz and Bronco. Mexican food — especially tacos and burritos — is her favorite. Barb is inspired by hardworking people, which motivates her to continue improving herself every day. She also loves to dance — no matter where she is or who is watching!
Nesha Permenter is the Supervisor for Houses 2 and 4 and has been with Harmony House for almost five years. Her favorite holiday is Christmas. She enjoys beach days and hiking with her family. Her favorite foods are Chinese and pizza. Nesha is inspired by her husband and children, who encourage her to be the best version of herself. Fun fact: she has over 50 tattoos!
Jaycee McKenna has been at Harmony House for nearly two years and serves as the Supervisor of Houses 3 and 5. Her favorite holidays are Christmas and Thanksgiving. She enjoys hunting, camping, four-wheeling — basically anything outdoors! Mexican food is her favorite. She is inspired by people who can, bake, and live off the land, making their own food and homemade remedies from scratch.
Bryanna Galley has been with us for four years and is Barb’s assistant at Houses 1A and 1B. Her favorite holiday is Easter. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, cooking, cleaning, and spending time with her friends and her bird. Her favorite foods are mac and cheese and pickles. She is inspired by her grandma and our residents. One day, she would love to visit the Bahamas!
Ashleigh Robb is Nesha’s assistant at Houses 2 and 4 and has been part of the Harmony House family for just over a year. Her favorite holidays are Christmas and the Fourth of July. She enjoys crocheting, reading, and doing lashes. Her favorite foods are Chinese, sushi, and soups. She is inspired by her mama! Ashleigh is artistic and has played the piano for over 27 years.
Lisa Wade is Jaycee’s assistant at Houses 3 and 5. She has been with us for just over two years this time around and was previously part of the Harmony House family in 2017 before moving to Texas for a few years. Easter is her favorite holiday because of the beautiful, cheerful colors. She enjoys kayaking and anything water-related. Our residents inspire her every day through simple acts of kindness — hugs, smiles, or a flower picked during a walk. She believes the world is a beautiful place because of them. Her favorite food is Tex-Mex, and she loves animals — especially dogs! One day, she hopes to open an animal rescue.

We’re back with more introductions to our team members! This month, we are highlighting our administrative team.

Traci Hamilton is our Executive Director. She has been with us for a year now and says it has been an amazing experience! She loves the holiday season in general, with Thanksgiving being her favorite because it kick-starts it all. Outside of work, Traci enjoys baking and staying active. She used to play soccer and is currently looking for a new sport to learn. Her favorite food is sushi. Traci is inspired by working with dependable people who are calm under pressure, supportive, and kind. She enjoys staying organized and keeping things running smoothly—especially when it leads to a positive team environment. Fun fact: Traci used to decorate and sell custom cakes!

Jennifer Benton is our HR and Project Coordinator. She has been with Harmony House for 14 “wonderful” years! Her favorite holiday is also Thanksgiving. Outside of work, Jen enjoys anything that involves spending time with her family, as well as giving lots of love and playtime to her pup, Luna. Her favorite foods are soups and Mexican cuisine. She is inspired by continuous self-improvement, acts of kindness, and resilience. Fun fact: Jennifer loves to read, learn, and is fairly decent at trivia!

Theresea Guy is our bookkeeper and has been with Harmony House for eight years. She is our crafty gal! Theresea enjoys making cards and scrapbooking, crocheting, leather work, and diamond dot painting. Her favorite foods are Mexican and Chinese. She is inspired by her son, Donnie, her friends, and other creative minds. Fun fact: Theresea loves history and researches the places she visits or lives to learn what they are famous for. She enjoys visiting historical landmarks, museums, and other notable sites.

We at Harmony House Assisted Living would like to wish you a very Happy New Year!!

Each month this year, we will be spotlighting members of our HH family—and there’s no better way to begin than by recognizing our fearless leaders, Jenifer and Graham Christensen!

Jenifer and Graham have proudly owned Harmony House for nearly 21 years. In addition to Harmony House, Graham serves as the East Side Highway District Commissioner and sits on the IHCA Board, the Lake City Trail Alliance Board, and the Kootenai Metropolitan Planning Organization Board. Jenifer serves on the Heritage Health Board and the Kootenai County Board of Community Guardians.

Their favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, as it’s a special time to gather with family and friends. Outside of work, they enjoy mountain and gravel biking, hiking, playing pickleball, and traveling with their daughters. Graham’s favorite food is sushi, while Jenifer’s is Indian cuisine. They are inspired by people who look out for others and take responsibility for making their community a better place.
