It only makes sense to buy supplements from real athletes who put the products to the test themselves. Me, my friends and my employees use the items that we sell at Big Dan's Nutrition and BigDansFitness.com to prove potency and effectiveness. We don't have the biggest selection because we only carry the products that actually work. Most supplements on the market simply don't stack up.

I think i've competed in about 22 bodybuilding competitions, never placed outside of top 5, Got 6 1st place wins, Won the Men's Triple Crown Overall for the Open in 2022 and placed 2nd at Jr USA's in 2024. I've done all while working around dibilitating injuries in my upper back, neck, right shoulder, right elbow causing limiteded mobility all while running a mid-sized corperation with more than 4 loactions. By the grace of God, I've overcome many obstacles that for most people would be end game. A lot of people have asked me why I continue to compete if I have so much holding me back. My honest answer is, I just want to put my products to the test, because if it works for me, it's gonna work like crazy for anybody else.

This little powerhouse is unstoppable! With her extremely busy schedule, she still finds the time to hit all her meals and her workouts on the nose. No excuses, just performance. Personally, I have a lot of respect for her grind and tenacity. She's an amazing example for other young women to look up to. She takes accountability and holds herself to standards. I believe it's that mindset she holds, alongside her quality of character that got her to the national stage 3 times this year, narrowly missing her pro card by as little as one placing. She's getting ready to go to the Joe Weider Natural to shoot for her IFBB Pro Card here shortly. Let's keep this lady in our thoughts and prayers during her journey. We believe in you, Grace!

This power couple had a powerful season! Heather took Overall Figure at NPC Night Of Champions and Tom came in with a massive trophy hall himself. Both Tom and Heather have made some massive improvements in their off-seasons. Very impressive work, both of them. They are a testament to what true teamwork can lead to.

They later went on to dominate their divisions at NPC Idaho Cup and NPC Ace of State.
