Hello friends! Tonight at 6-7:30 we will begin our weekly meditation group at the newly (mostly) renovated Abide Wellness Community!

These groups are by donation and include movement, mantra and meditation. We hope that many of you will join us!

We have limited meditation cushions available, if you have your own cushion please bring it along.
