🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

Hello to all my wonderful clients — I’ve missed you! After some time off (a baby and a big move later 😅) I’m officially done hitting the snooze button!

Starting in October, I’ll be offering 1-hour massage appointments on most Wednesdays in Ft. Pierre through March. I’m so excited to reconnect with you all and get back to doing what I love! 💆‍♀️💛

Please note a few updates:
➡️ Sessions will be 1 hour only so I can accommodate as many of you as possible.
➡️ New rate: $85 (previously $75) — this helps cover travel and daycare expenses.
➡️ I will still be accepting cash, venmo, or check only — thank you for understanding!

To my amazing clients in Philip: I’m so sorry I haven’t been able to return there yet, but I truly hope some of you can make the trip to Ft. Pierre. I’d love to see you!

Booking for October is now open. I apologize as spots are limited. Please message me for an appointment. I work a full time nursing job so please be patient with my response times.

As some of you may already know, my husband and I have made the decision to move back to my family’s ranch, northwest of Hayes. I apologize, as I will no longer be practicing massage in Philip. I will deeply miss all of my clients, and hope to conduct some periodic pop-up sessions in Philip in the future. Additionally, I plan to offer pop-up sessions at the Kirley Hall once we move, so if you’re around that area and want a massage let me know! This decision was not taken lightly, but we realized we are not suited for city living after our move to town last November. We are excited to start this next chapter of our lives and are so fortunate to be able to raise our children out in the country. I would like to express my gratitude to the Philip community for the unwavering support of my little business.

On April 25th, my husband and I embraced a new chapter in our lives with the arrival of our beautiful baby girl. As we adjust to our new normal, I have made the difficult decision to let go of my office space at the law office. I am unsure of where or when I will return to massage, but I am grateful for your unwavering support during this season of change.

I am excited to announce that I am now certified in cupping and will be adding it to my practice! There will be a $5.00 upcharge to add on to any service. I will post an updated service list with prices.

Not sure what cupping is? Here are a few general facts and benefits of cupping.

✨How is cupping therapy accomplished? A cup is positioned over the area of the body to be treated and suction is created using a vacuum gun or bulb.

✨Cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles, tone attachments, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.

✨Cupping therapy is not an irritant to the skin or body.

✨Cupping draws inflammation out from deep in the tissues to be released. The skin can turn red with strong movements, indicating that circulation has been brought to the surface.

✨Increased local blood supply to the muscles and skin will bring nourishment and allow for toxins to be carried away via the lymph.

I have a few updates…

‼️I’m currently out of gift certificates, but should have some more before the end of the month. Sorry for the inconvenience.

‼️New Hours: going forward I will only be open until 5pm on Mon, Tues, & Fri instead of 6pm. This does not apply to my current appointments only appointments scheduled from here on out.

‼️For the time being I will no longer be scheduling 90minute massages. Again this only applies to future appointments not current ones.

‼️Attention Clients‼️

There will be some changes coming up with my scheduling. Starting with my Ft. Pierre location. I will no longer be accepting new clients and I will be be done massaging there at the end of February.

Heads up for my Philip clients, my husband and I will be expecting our first child in May. I plan to massage for as long as I can, but I will also be cutting back hours as we get closer to May.
