Recently launched, “The Metamorphosis Mentorship” is a coaching program with Ayurvedic-inspired practices, cultural influence and holistic lifestyle guides that transform and inspire you to live a life of quality and joy. 💛

This mentorship is a 1:1 coaching experience to enhance your holistic living into a supportive, seasonal living life-style that feels good. 👍🏼

Living in a way that is SUPPORTING you… that feels good to you is your birthright. 🩵

The sun is the most powerful, the air can feel thick and this combination can lead to classic Pitta imbalances. 🌺

Ayurveda is a lifestyle of balance. Ayurveda offers supportive practices to live a life of quality and joy. 🍊

Recently launched, “The Metamorphosis Mentorship” is a coaching program with Ayurvedic-inspired practices, cultural influence and holistic lifestyle guides that transform and inspire you to live a life of quality and joy. 💛

I recently read an article that a yoga instructor wrote. This story was her experience teaching a small group of yoga instructors a continuing education course. The instructor mentioned “Ayurveda” as a reference and not one instructor had ever heard of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the sister-science to yoga. A piece of the teachings and practices that encourage a life of wholesome and healthy living.

Remember those days when fast food was the default and ‘healthy eating’ felt like a foreign concept?

Yeah, me too.
For years, my daily menu revolved around highly processed foods and, embarrassingly, Coca-Cola with almost every meal.

Nourishment wasn’t even on my radar, and my weight had been yo-yoing since I was 15. It felt like an endless cycle.

I’m sharing this because it’s part of my truth, and it’s also the backstory to how I arrived here: a yoga teacher, an Ayurvedic student, and someone deeply committed to holistic health.
My own experiences with ‘dis-ease’ became the catalyst. They pushed me to look beyond symptoms and understand the root causes.

It’s been a profound journey of self-discovery, learning to truly nourish my body, and ultimately, holistically reversing those imbalances.
☯️
This transformation wasn’t instant, but it was incredibly freeing.
It taught me the power of ancient wisdom and how interconnected our physical and mental well-being truly are.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in unhealthy patterns, know that change is possible. And it often starts with just one small, conscious choice.

My journey continues to inspire me. Recently, I launched my Ayurvedic-inspired wellness program, “The Metamorphosis Mentorship”

India is well known for its classical medical systems, which include Ayurveda.

Ayurveda - derived from Vedic scriptures - is a 5,000 year old medical ideology and philosophy based on the idea that we are all made up of different types of energy.

Since the ancient Indian system of health care is based on perceptions of human and their health, the literal sense of Ayurveda is “Science of Life”.

The term is derived from the Sanskrit terms “Ayur” (Life) and “Veda” (knowledge)

Ayurveda is also regarded as the “Science of Longevity” because it includes a systematic method for leading a long and stable life. It provides practices for body rejuvenation by diet and nutrition.

It’s a user-friendly and practical immersive system and helps a person to be self-sufficient and accountable for their health.
