Visit today was awesome! Blood count was on point, with a blessing not having to increase his oral chemo at this time!
Rhet has been so much himself the past 2 months, just wearing himself out, which is totally fine with me!
He made a BIG step and decided he was not taking his IPAD in and didn’t even cry or anything! I can’t explain how strong, this boy is!
The past 2 weeks without saying anything or asking me to do it or help him .he has went to specific people at church and ask them to add a prayer for his blood! Without me even knowing. He knows if his blood count is off meds can change and his body can be down!
After today’s visit confirmation Rhet knew what he needed to pray for! And it worked!
Yes it melts my 💗 to know that he understands himself and knows! But it also breaks my heart because of this chapter he is at in his life!
Thank you all for continued prayers for our boy, moving those Mtn’s ! I promise every prayer is heard! And that is why/where this boy is at today!

Today’s visit was good! We was blessed to stay at the Ronald McDonald house which Rhet loves to stay at, blood count was some what off, so we are praying it balances out before next visit so that he does not have to change/increase dosage of his oral chemo!

Today Rhet had a spinal tap and IV chemo! He did awesome. For the first time no tears! His blood count was on point!

This boy touches my heart every day!
Please continue to pray that this boy continues to move mountains!
And again thank you so much for the prayers!

5/7/25

It was a late night getting to motel at midnight last night with Rowen having a double header softball game! But we made it, got some rest!

Rhet has been in a great mood! He has rested the past couple of days, got a little on the tired side. Today at treatment we got to see out favorite Dr. B
He was so very impressed with how Rhet looked and felt! Also 🩸 Blood count was awesome, with that his oral chemo will be increased. The goal is to find the perfect recipe for Rhet! That can take up to 4-5 months!
Feels great when the Dr. B says Mom what you are doing/taking care taking is out of the park! Don’t stop! (It is the little reassurance) That I am exceeding my job and being the best mom that I can be. Which I question myself a lot!
Rhet and Dr.B looked at all his pics from Rhet’s Make-A-Wish trip, and laughed! Rhet also told Dr.B I am glad my blood is good I have a baseball game today, I have to hit a dinger! 🧡😆⚾️

It is reassuring with this news that God and Rhet are stilling moving and climbing these mtns!
Thank you all so much for all the continued blessings, and prayers! I promise they do not go noticed! That is what our family lives on daily!

Last Full Final Day!

We spent the day on the ocean! Playing in the sand and water! This the first time the kids have gotten to enjoy the beach! They had been 1 time before but was too little to remember and enjoy!
This was not really planned at all so we was not really prepared, so we all got a little sun kissed!
We built a monster truck track!
They loved playing in the water and the beach!🏖️
Grady’s day was made with finding out the day with some seafood 🍤 🦀

Make A Wish Day #7
Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios 🎆🎉🎡🍿

The last and finally stretch of the trip! We got to meet lots of princesses and some other fun characters… even the boys loved the princesses👸 Pretty sure Row could have just met Characters all day! Rhet, Row, and G fought over who got to ride rides with ash and kk all day 🤣 The boys loved Toy Story land, and we even got lucky and got to eat at Woodys Round Up (super fun experience!) 🤠 Two parks a day is definitely a lot, but they handled it like troops. We got to finish off the night with the firework show at Magic Kingdom and the kids LOVED it (so did the adults lol!)
Our boy is doing so good, and has been so strong this whole trip! Thankful for make a wish and give kids the world for this opportunity! We have cherished every second🧡
