I was SOOOO happy to partner with Nancy Burroughs earlier this year to offer a special event combining yin yoga with her live, crystal singing bowl accompaniment at Vint Hill Yoga & Fitness. When Dana Wright first offered this opportunity to me, I did a double take and said, "What? Yes please."

Yin is a special practice on its own, but to pair it with crystal bowls takes it to another realm. And Nancy has a real talent for it.
