Life is a series of crossroads. As we travel on our individual journeys we will experience challenges, disappointments, and changes. These life-changing experiences can occur within our current relationships, past hurts, traumatic events, occupations, and even from within ourselves. When these challenges occur, life can become unbalanced; bringing confusion and dissatisfaction. When certain aspects of our life feel broken, life can feel as if we are drowning. Often times we just need a little help; some assistance to heal and face these challenges head on. We believe that balance is essential to living life to the fullest. Finding, creating, and maintaining balance in one’s daily routine aides in building and strengthening confidence, enables focus, helps us invest in our relationships, allows us to cope with stress more effectively, and raises our self-esteem. ✨ Event Recap: Self-Care with St. Michael’s Teaching Staff ✨

On August 4th, Bridge to Balance had the privilege of joining St. Michael’s teaching staff for their self-care event. Nearly 40 people gathered to focus on wellness and preparation for the new school year.

Our very own Kiley Nicholson represented Bridge to Balance, sharing resources, handouts, and encouragement to remind staff that caring for themselves is just as important as caring for their students.

We are so grateful for the chance to support and connect with such dedicated educators, and we look forward to continuing to be a resource for the community. 💙
