As 2025 comes to a close, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for each of you who showed up, trusted me with your care, and made space in your lives for rest, healing, and peace. In a world that moves fast and asks a lot, choosing to slow down, breathe, and soften is powerful medicine. Every session, every exhale, every moment of deep rest matters.

You may have seen a few announcements on Facebook regarding my plans for 2026, but just in case you missed it - I will soon be transforming this spare room into a beautiful new mentorship office and check in/check out space for my clients! Now everything Blooming Prairie will be tucked into this corner of the hallway 😆 So excited to get this ball rolling and stretch myself beyond the borders of what I once thought was possible for myself and my small business.
