HaysMed Convenient Care Walk-In Clinic will be open on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., ensuring our community continues to receive the care it needs.

Congratulations to our Progressive Care Unit on earning the nationally recognized Beacon Award for Excellence from American Association of Critical-Care Nurses

“Our Progressive Care Unit plays a vital role in bridging the gap between intensive care and medical-surgical care, providing specialized monitoring and advanced nursing support for patients at a critical point in their recovery,” said Janine Kisner, Nursing Services Manager. “This recognition speaks to the skill, teamwork, and heart our nurses bring to that responsibility every day.”

Our annual Thank You HaysMed Day, part of Hospital Week, was a wonderful celebration of our Associates, and a powerful reflection of the support we receive from our community. This special day was made possible by the generosity of The Schmidt Foundation, Hadley Foundation, Glassman Corporation, Gary and Mary Ann Shorman, and Women Who Lead.

Nearly 900 meals were served during our food truck event as a small token of appreciation for the compassion and commitment our team brings to patients and our region every day.

We’re also proud to celebrate our Associates with prizes awarded to 125 team members, adding even more excitement to the day!
