Sunday Something to Share:
I posted this over on the Business page but wanted to share here too. I was listening to a podcast with out-of-the-box thinker Dr. Tom Cowan. I love how he always stretches my brain cells!
He argues that heart attacks aren't from blocked arteries but are from tissue breakdown due to stress, negative emotions and poor metabolism. Excess lactic acid builds up in heart cells when they can't oxidize fuels properly causing cell death, fluid buildup, and what we call a "heart attack." It's a symptom of metabolic failure and not the clogged arteries that are typically blamed.
The interviewer then asked Dr Tom what to do to unclog the arteries going to the heart when the Doctor tells you that you have blockage. He stunned me when he said 'don't worry about it'.
Wait, What?
He gave the example of a guy hiking up a mountain and experiences heart pain. Worried, he goes to the Dr and the Doctor tells him he has 95% blockage and that if it blocks anymore that he's gonna die! Dr Cowan says ' you mean to tell me that if this guys blocks 4% more he's dead? Then how did he hike up the mountain in the first place?' It's not the arteries. In fact, we have what's called Collateral Vessels that go to the heart that keep the blood flowing even if the main arteries are blocked. He also points out that diabetics are more prone to heart attacks but have less clogged arteries which they claim is an 'anomaly' which simply means they don't know why. But diabetics are more prone to have small vessel disease, those same small collateral vessels that we have going to the heart.
I'm so grateful we have a number for Lactic Acid Elimination: 52375836676
Keep your heart happy with this wonderful number!
Love and hugs,
~Christine

The fastest way to cleanse your lymphatic system is with a professional manual lymphatic drainage massage, which can manually move lymph fluid at a much higher rate than the body can on its own. If a professional treatment isn't possible, other fast-acting methods include deep breathing exercises, which act as a pump, and using a dry brush to manually stimulate drainage.
Professional and hands-on methods
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage: This is considered the single fastest method as a trained therapist can manually move lymph fluid much faster than the body can naturally, which can significantly aid circulation.
There is more these are just the largest ones
And they are learning more all the time!

On the Chinese calendar, November 7th marks a special date. November 7th is when winter energy begins, and then on December 6th, Winter Energy becomes dominant

As winter sets in, plants pull their energy inward, storing strength in their roots in preparation for spring. Just as nature conserves energy, this season calls us to focus on building our own reserves and generate warmth by strengthening our kidney energy, the core source of warmth, vitality, and longevity.

This season’s colder temperatures can easily deplete our energy, so simple yet powerful practices can help you stay warm from within and preserve your strength.

There are many simple things you can do for your physical body now that will help you strengthen and protect your kidney energy and vitality.

👉 Drink plenty of fluids, especially warm fluids, such as warm water or tea. In the Five Element theory, water is the element of winter.

👉Keep your back covered and warm whenever you go out in the cold.
A key way to nurture kidney energy is by giving special attention to your back and legs. The bladder channel, which runs along the back, contains many energy points that connect directly to the kidneys. When the back is exposed to cold, it can drain kidney energy, impacting not only the kidneys but also the lungs and liver.

To prevent energy loss, always keep your back and neck warmly covered when you’re outside in the cold. Layers that protect these areas help retain essential warmth and ensure your body’s energy flows smoothly and stays balance.

✨Stay tuned for more tips on preparing for winter's energy ☯
