First off, thank you for your grace during this exciting season of transition! We know change can come with a few hiccups, and we appreciate your understanding—especially while we worked through some unexpected phone service issues. (Good news: our phones are back up and running 📞🎉)

Here are a few important updates to keep in mind:
🔹 Limited Lobby Hours — Our providers are independent contractors, which means lobby and phone hours may be more limited than usual. We’ll return calls as quickly as we can!
🔹 New Booking System — You may notice new appointment reminders or requests for updated paperwork. These changes are designed to streamline your experience and keep things running smoothly.

📣We are almost done with the remodel of the new space!! We had some technical difficulties with getting our phone number ported over and have been working hard (HOURS on the phone with the two companies 😩) but they promised they have it resolved (we shall see) for now our number is being forwarded to our work cell phone and we hope this issue will be resolved asap!! Please be patient as callback times may be slower. ✨Rest assured .beauty and will be seeing guests here soon 💕 Thank you SO much for your patience during this transition

🌟We wanted to be sure to clarify a few things:

-Dawn (dawntoduskbeauty) will continue offering her same service menu at the new space, but will be operating independently

-Dr. Lenser will also continue to offer his services in this new space

-The new treatment rooms will be located inside our Collective Wellness space just two doors town at 117 W 11th St

-While our last day of business was June 14, if you have an upcoming service with Dr. Lenser or Dawn between now and June 26 you will still be seen at our current location.

-We anticipate being in our new space the first week of July. If you have an appointment that will be affected during this transition time, we will be in contact with you.

-Gift cards to Lenser Aesthetics will still be honored as usual, but gift cards to Body+Soul will no longer be accepted.
