This evening we spent time messing with Wyatt, letting him decide when to come up. I will admit even a half clyde/half quarter horse foal can be intimidating when he runs straight for ya while you're looking thru the lens of a camera. First thought is..."are you gonna stop? Hope you all had a chance to enjoy the nice weather. Peace n cheers...

We built another pasture paddock area for Gypsy and Wyatt. Needed to get them out of the stalls and into flat open area. Wyatt is enjoying the open space, dancing and zooming. The other occupants had to check out the new neighbors. Beautiful day today. Enjoy it.

Sorry, no horse pictures but look at the clouds!! The color and formation is there for rain, but they've been floating on bye bye all day. The Eastern part of the state doesn't need rain! But the western half could sure use a drink. We continue to ask for rain and it will come in His time. Be blessed, cheers....

Wyatt is learning. He knows to go under Mom's neck to get her head out of the feed bucket so he can get a bite of pellets. What goes good with breakfast but some milk! He just nuzzles the bag and walks away so he's not too interested in the milk... yet. He's starting to get used to me being in the pen just needs to remember from the evening before that he liked the scratches. It'll come. In mean time...get out and enjoy this beautiful, clear, crisp, morning BEFORE the winds begin to blow. Have a peaceful and blessed day. Cheers

Little Viola came up to say "hello" since Crash wasn't in the seat beside me. She got a partial shave on her back. I'm not very proud of that job but her patience was wearing thin and the clippers were acting up. Weather cooled off today, but still no rain!! Our prayers are with those dealing with tornado damage/clean up. Peace be with you.

Yesterday morning we got up to Waylon out in the wrong pasture!! Easy catch to get back in. Then yesterday afternoon we found all 3 young boys out and rearranging the barn. Ssoo, we went and checked the power on the fence, sure enough it had quit. It went thru the fire and lasted this long. Be blessed
