As a health coach I will help you identify what your goals are, what of those are most important, be the support, stretch ,accountability and offer you the proper tools needed to make the changes required so these outcomes LAST. I will Help you set up conditions for inevitable success. Most of us already have a pretty good idea what to do... but doing them without the proper tools and knowledge is a whole different story. One I would like to help you re-write.

Feeling genuinely ME today.
I tend to try and put myself fully into a " mom box." A lot.
Today I woke up feeling my saying... "sunk kissed skin, wild hair, all the jewelry!!!! That's where you feel comfortable. Stop looking at that curling wand. You have curls. Stop looking at all that make up... the sun gave you a glow. Oooh. Look at all the shiny things people you love have given you! Put them on."
And I feel energetic. Before the coffee even! 🤣🤣

It is also never the time take your body work overtime to digest, or to work hard fighting against extra toxins or processed foods.
🍜A simple bone broth Ramen with brown rice noodles, minced garlic, fresh ginger, medium boiled egg and green onion 100% hit the spot for me today.

⚓️Here is the thing about this turtle. It is an ANCHOR for me. A reminder of the blessing I have in being a health coach, mother, and wife. A symbol to remind me why it is so cool to help others anchor into their goals as well.
💢I TRULY AM doing what I LOVE every day. Every time a client has an AHA moment, takes a step closer to a goal, or finds joy in their health again.

❗️Here are a few things you can do
✅️ Dance party!
feeling the energy from upbeat music can trigger the desire to get moving.
✅️ get some sunshine ( and make sure your D levels are good, take 3,000IU-5,000IU daily in winter)**obviously get an OK from Doc**
Your energy literally comes from the sunshine vitamin. No supplement will ever change your mood, immune system, energy, and sleep like a good dose of sunshine daily, but it will HELP!
✅️ remind yourself WHY you are doing it
What is your BIG MOFA?? The why under the why. The thing that let's you know it us worth it??
✅️✅️✅️DO IT ANYWAY!
You will feel so damn proud of yourself if you commit to even 10 mins. ESPECIALLY when you didn't " feel motivated."

🥔 POTATOES !!!🥔
Anyone else LOVE potatoes but not love having unstable sugar spikes , crashes, and gaining weight??? If that sounds familiar...
Good news! Did you know that cooling potatoes overnight converts most of the starch to RESISTANT starch!?
🗣Okay, why does that matter? It matters because your body doesn't like to absorb them but your good gut buddies LOVE them.
👏Simply make potato salad, cool any tater dish over night and simply reheat, etc.
I am not saying to eat ALL THE POTATOES... but you can enjoy them, AND feed your microbes without trashing your health! Yay!!✌️

💋 When was the last time you dated yourself??
There is something to be said about peacefully spending time with yourself. Ordering exactly what sounds good to YOU without the influence of someone else's choices, being forced to choose where to go, because no one is there to choose for you.
💜 Going on a date with yourself ( NOT a drive thru lunch on your break at work!) Is a fantastic opportunity to check k in with yourself. To see if the choices you make with others are nourishing and authentic, if if you truly like that place your BFF or significant other always want to go. This can show up in anything, what you order to where you shop/ get a pedicure. Date yourself.... so you can show up in authenticity. ✌️

🗣Do you meal prep???
👨👩👧👦I usually only prep lunch and a few sides... I enjoy making a family meal out nights.
I am a lazy meal prep kind of lady...
Give me different seasonings and similar foods. And I can have Asian spicy beef and Garlic in one bowl and yummy fajita mix in the other. ( yep I split pouch of organic already cooked 90 sec. Garlic and herb Quinoa and brown rice between these 4 prep dishes)
I made a side of spaghetti squash in the oven while the veggies cooked, and made some " marinated maters and cucumbers.
Anyhow... what's your prep level? 0 meals and wing it to 3 meals, snacks, drinks planned, etc? Tell me your favorite multi meal fish to cook! 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇
