What fire would look like as a fish 😜: 💥EASY & FIERY GOCHUJANG BAKED SALMON 💥
About the only thing I miss when living in Mexico is easy access to huge slabs of fatty, melty salmon.🤤 So, we've been eating our fill while we are back in the States.😆
This sheet pan dinner was our staple for years and it was soooo dreamy to open up the steaming foil and dive in with a cool fork!😎
INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ Line a baking pan with foil.
✔️ Place the salmon in the middle of the pan.
✔️ Slather the salmon generously with sriracha, gochujang, and chili oil. I like to let the salmon marinate for about 30 minutes but you don't have to.
✔️ Place your veggies around the salmon, drizzle with oil and salt.
✔️ Right before baking, pull the edges of the foil loosely over the salmon to tent it.
✔️ Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes (open the foil after 10 minutes so the saucy top can caramelize)... It turns out super-juicy and flaky medium/med-rare every time!👌
