We offer a full spectrum of healing services which include spiritual hypnotherapy and ancestral medicine.

Virginia Puc is a queer Maya Xicana who practices as a curandera. She is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master Teacher who empowers people to heal their trauma, connects them to their ancestral knowledge, and supports them in transforming their lives. When Virginia is not seeing clients, she loves going on adventures with her dogs and using her imagination to create poems, stories, and art.

My most utilized service are limpias. 🤍

For those who may not know, limpias/spiritual cleansings are primarily used to support you in removing negative energies, enhance your healing process, and strengthen your connection with your higher self and spirit team. I use a combination of tools such as eggs, herbs, flowers, crystals, and prayers to support you in ceremony. Limpias are a ceremony. Each ceremony is uniquely crafted to your needs.

From my toolkit, I’ve used a range of skills such as Reiki in a limpia session. Not typical but, there have been a few times, I’ve been instructed to do hypnotherapy to prepare the client for ceremony. I’ve learned to be flexible and go where needed. i trust.

Before any of my sessions, I pray and connect with my ancestors who provide me with messages to best support my client. Further, I engage with my client’s spiritual team and ancestors to gain messages to support them on their journey. When appropriate, I relay such messages to my clients as confirmation to what they have been experiencing or for guidance.

Another skillset I possess, and have refined over the years, is channeling from the spirit realms to best serve a client. I adore this work.

My whole life is indebted by this immense love and gratitude.

The rain brings dripping water on full palm pink flowers. I hold them in my hand to remind me to be open and compassionate with myself.

Be kind to your mind.

Your mind is doing everything it can to protect you.

I had to remind myself as I was feeling frustrated. There is nothing wrong with my mind. My mind is doing the best it can with the tools it has. Over the years, as a clinical hypnotherapist, I have gain new tools. Some of the tools need to be re-sharpened.

my dad begins el reso

my eyes fluttering
thinking of lost babies
of babies who were not born.
my eyes teared
of the children in Gaza
crying screaming
We felt the presence
of Grief.
Grief seemed to be cloaked
like Death.
my dad continued the prayer
this Janal Pixán
we honored the children,
the innocent.
May we remember
their suffering,
our suffering—
to stop the genocides
in Sudan, Congo, Palestine
in all parts of the world.

After the prayer,
i celebrated the children.
I do not have much words
but I do not remain silent
instead I pray the best way I know how
by dancing.

they follow me as

in a circle.
a dance of joy
for peace.
