Hey Moms! Stop being afraid to go to the gym!

Here’s how 👇🏼

If you have a gym membership, but you’re not using it, you are just throwing money away!

Here’s a simple way to get your momentum started:

Day 1: Just go to the gym. You don’t even have to go inside just create the habit of driving there.

SIMPLE RIGHT⁉️

Day 2: Drive to the gym again but this time actually go inside. Scan your membership card. Use the bathroom walk around and see that The gym is not a scary place.

Day 3: You’ve now started to create a habit of showing up so this time when you go take a trip to the cardio section and walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes.

I promise after those 15 minutes you’ll feel amazing‼️

Day 4: This is where the fun starts. Go to the gym again. This time head to the dumbbell section and complete the very short workout below. 👇🏼

Dumbbell goblet squats 10 reps for 3 sets
Dumbbell reverse lunges 10 reps for 3 sets
Dumbbell bicep curls 10 reps for 3 sets
Dumbbell shoulder press 10 reps for 3 sets

By now creating some momentum and just keep showing up doing your best each time.

1. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! 💧
Start your day with a glass of water. Staying hydrated boosts your metabolism, helps your body burn fat, and acts as an appetite suppressant. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day, and remember, drinking water before meals can prevent overeating!

2. Clean Out the Pantry 🥫🚫
Out of sight, out of mind! Take a moment to clear out processed foods, sugary snacks, and high-calorie temptations from your kitchen. Stock up on whole foods like fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. Prepping your environment for success is KEY!

3. Get Moving with a 30-Minute Walk 🚶‍♀️🚶
You don't need a fancy gym membership to start losing weight. Go for a brisk 30-minute walk today. Walking is a low-impact exercise that can kickstart your metabolism and improve your mood. Plus, it's a fantastic way to explore your neighborhood!
