Bay Area Air Quality Management District has issued an air quality advisory for the Bay Area through at least Wednesday, June 19, due to wildfire smoke from multiple fires burning in Northern California. Expect smoky, hazy skies and the smell of smoke outdoors. Air quality may be moderate to unhealthy for sensitive group ranges on the air quality index.
Here are some safety tips to protect yourself:
• Check Air Quality Index (AQI): Stay informed about local air quality by using apps or websites.
• Limit Outdoor Activities: Reduce strenuous outdoor activities when air quality is poor.
• Use Air Purifiers: Keep indoor air clean by using air purifiers with HEPA filters.
• Close Windows and Doors: Keep your home sealed to prevent outside air from coming in.

Did you wake up with this thought??

Your inner dialogue has so much power over your reality. So if you did wake up thinking this, chances are you'll continue thinking this way and it wont be a good day. Consider speaking to yourself in a different way.

Instead of-
"I'm so dreading today. I have so much work to do and everyone else at work is so lazy. I know i'm not going to get enough done. It's going to be a terrible day"

Try-
"I'm so dreading today, but that's because I have so much work to do. I'm only one person and will do as much as I can. I'm going to make sure to make my favorite meal and eat outside at lunch today and then afterwards I'll go over to a friend's house or watch a funny movie I've been wanting to watch."
