Experiencing true unconditional love will change your life

I naturally modeled the love I was taught in my family and the love I wanted to see in the world. But after the chaos of my first heartbreak, I knew I could never allow anything less than love that recognizes it’s sacredness. I had to (still am) re-write a lot of my own patterns and show up for the love that my sensitive heart believes in.

In the case that this helps another, here is what emotional regulation can look like for me & how I transmute the energy

Shame/fear ———> Curiousity
Low self-esteem ———>unconditional acceptance
Anxiety———> Deeper awareness & expanded worldview
Depression———> Regimented wellness & outsourcing
Confrontation———> Clear heart centered boundaries

The cop actually has his hands on his shoulder smh. The fact that this type of treatment is not unbelievable is the most chilling part of these kinds of extremist Terrorist acts. My condolences and prayers to the people in Buffalo.
