Color Light Therapy 🌈🔦
Did you know that each color 🎨 has its own unique frequency that can be felt, experienced in your mind body & soul? If you quiet 🤫 yourself enough, you can literally feel the pulsating sensation throughout your being. Some even say they can hear the colors speak to them too. Working with specific colors can allow for great healing & re-centering of each chakra. 💚
As someone who literally lives in color 🌈, whether it be my clothing, jewelry, art, or all the colored light in my home, it’s a blessing to bring this method of healing to others. I have personally seen the shifts in myself since embracing color- hence how the name “Mama Rainbow” 🌧️🌈👽 manifested over time. With color light specifically, it’s helped me rebalance myself by releasing stress, helping hormonal acne, aiding in my moontime, held me in times of grief, uplifted me in times of celebration, shift the mood when needing a redirection & so much more. I have found pairing it with corresponding music also supports in the healing process. 🎶
