The cold weather months can greatly compromise skin health, triggering such conditions as xerosis (dry skin) or eczema (itchy, dry, reddish patches or lesions on the skin) which can vary in severity.

Winter proof your skin with these tips:
1. Moisturize daily. Morning and night.
2. Cleanse your skin but don’t overdo it. Too much cleansing (with the wrong cleanser) can remove your skin’s natural moisture.
3. Limit hot water and BAR SOAP. This completely dries your skin.
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Protect your skin with SPF.
