⭐ Edyth Ann Flake (“Edy”)
Edy is the kind of person who makes any space feel welcoming. She’s a seasoned business owner, a former PTO president, and an active volunteer who has coached her daughters’ sports teams with pride and dedication.
Outside of work, Edy loves shooting pool, barbecuing, traveling, cooking, and hosting gatherings where laughter is guaranteed. She’s a hilarious, down-to-earth woman who has truly never met a stranger.
Most importantly, Edy is a loving wife and mother of two girls. Her commitment to her family, her community, and her businesses makes her the perfect partner to help lead Married to the Mop with heart, humor, and hard work.

Keri brings more than a decade of experience in brokerage operations, where she has built a reputation for organization, efficiency, and results. As a Consultant, she specializes in creating streamlined training guides and procedures that make complex workflows clear and easy to follow. Her ability to simplify processes and improve team performance has made her a highly valued partner in every department she supports.
Outside of work, Keri is a devoted single mother of two and a woman who finds joy in the little things—from bingo nights and trying new restaurants or breweries, a spur of the moment trip, to concerts and live music with family and friends. She loves making memories, laughing often, and bringing people together.
Keri’s blend of professional expertise, creativity, and heart makes her an essential leader in Married to the Mop and the perfect complement to Edy’s community-driven spirit.
