Whether you're 15, 25, or 75, the quest for the love and validation we craved from our earliest days remains a constant.

Often, we evolve into the nurturing adults we needed in our youth, yet without self-awareness, we risk pouring our energy into others in a bid to spare them similar pain.

Without establishing boundaries, practicing self-regulation, and prioritizing self-care, we may inadvertently perpetuate the same cycle of emotional turmoil for our own children.

It is never too late to heal and grow.
