Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths—but it’s also one of the most preventable with regular screening.

Screening should begin at age 45. Talk with your primary care provider about the option that’s right for you!

We offer Urgent Care on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to treat urgent medical needs that cannot wait for a clinic appointment. When you report to the ER, a nurse will triage you for the appropriate service to determine if you need to be seen in Urgent Care or the Emergency Room.

A free seven-week Stepping On Falls Prevention Workshop is coming to Hazen this spring! This workshop will give you the tools to reduce your risk of falling, stay independent, and keep doing the things you love. 💙

You will learn:
🔹 How to spot and remove fall hazards at home and outdoors
🔹 The impact of vision, hearing, medications, and footwear on fall risk
🔹 Simple strength and balance exercises tailored to your ability
🔹 The right way to get back up if you do fall
