Prepare your body to move! 💪🏼🏃
Just like you’d never walk into a big test or an important meeting unprepared, your body deserves the same intention before a workout.
This took me 3 minutes and I promise you can spare 3–5 for your warm up. 😁
A proper warm up increases blood flow, wakes up your muscles, improves mobility, and primes your nervous system so your body actually knows how to move well! It can improve performance, reduce injury risk, and help you get more out of every single rep.
