After a hospital stay, some patients need a little more time and support before returning to daily life. The CCMC Swing Bed Program provides a safe and comfortable transition from hospital to home.

Whether your loved one is recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery, our inpatient program gives them the time and care they need to heal. With the support of our dedicated team—including skilled nurses and physical, occupational, and speech therapists—they'll have the resources to regain strength and return to the activities you enjoy.
